Todd Holmes

I have a unique skill set that when I applied them to my Real Estate career cultivated the growth of my business and network.

Having worked in the customer service industry for 20+ years as a Team Lead, Project Manager, and Event Planner hosting several hundred guests it has provided me with the skills I needed to excel in real estate.
Using these skill sets I am able to work with you to ensure I fully understand your goals in buying or selling your home. I am able to utilize my planning skills to see the bumps in the road and have a solution presented to you before it happens.

I am working with the largest and best brokerage in the upstate. They have 20 years of experience in the Greenville Upstate market. Our leadership team has seen the market change several times during this timeframe and is constantly guiding us while providing weekly training and updates to stay ever so in tune with the economy and upstate real estate market to provide an elite level of customer service.
